When can we do the projects in school?
You can choose when is best to do each project. It is available for you at any time of the year. All we need is the TICE Registration Form from you so we can notify project sponsors. Projects can take place in lessons, as a co-curricular activity or as part of an enterprise or creativity week.
What are the Suggested Contact Times?
On each project we have given 'suggested contact times' or 'guided learning hours'. This is a guideline only and taken from our experience of doing these projects with young people in the UK. Please see what works for your school. It may be a shorter period of time or you might want to do it at a more leisurely pace. Your choice.
What resources do we need?
A suggestion of resources is discussed on each brief and at the top of each project page. If you do not have access to something i.e. particular software please let us know as there's more that likely other options for you.
Are subtitles available on the videos?
Yes, we have transcribed each video so all you need to do is press the subtitle feature on.
What is a 'Live Brief'?
A live brief is a project which is design by companies, brands and organisations to present a real challenge in an industry context. A live brief gives students a chance to work with external organisations, improve their portfolio and build up an understanding of what life’s like as a creative professional in the real world.
Can we start another TICE International Cohort straight away?
