    Modern slavery in all its forms of slavery and servitude, forced or compulsory labour and human trafficking is a heinous crime and will not be tolerated within our services or supply chain.     This is Creative Enterprise is committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in its supply chain or any part of its business.

    This is Creative Enterprise is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all its business relationships and to taking reasonable steps to ensure slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in any business or organisation that has any sort of a business relationship with our organisation.

    Due Diligence Processes for Slavery and Human Trafficking

    This is Creative Enterprise has a zero-tolerance policy towards slavery and human trafficking. This is Creative Enterprise expects all organisations in its supply chain and any contractors to comply with its values.

    As part of its initiative to identify and mitigate risk, This is Creative Enterprise has in place systems to encourage the reporting of concerns and ensure the protection of whistle-blowers.

    This is Creative Enterprise requires that all supply chain providers have suitable anti-slavery and human trafficking policies and processes.

    Awareness and training

    The 'This is Creative Enterprise' management team is responsible for compliance, for its respective sub-contracted services and supplier relationships and have been trained accordingly.

    All employees and sub-contracted team members receive an induction into the organisation where its policies, procedures and expectations are outlined and reviewed on an annual basis.

    This is Creative Enterprise' Effectiveness in Combatting Slavery and Human Trafficking

    This is Creative Enterprise uses the following key performance indicators to measure how effective it has been in ensuring that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place in any part of its business or supply chain:
    •Use of labour monitoring
        o Right to work documentation and payroll audits
    • TICE maintains a level of communication and personal contact with the next link in its supply chain to ensure the understanding of and compliance with its expectations.
    • TICE regularly reviews supply chain policies, codes of conduct and our working practices to show commitment.

    We also have a number of associated policies including a Safeguarding & Child protection policy and Equality & Diversity policy and procedures, as part of our equality duty which includes the elimination of unlawful discrimination.

    TICE is also committed to the continual assessment of recruitment procedures and practices in order to comply with current employment legislation, and recruit staff according to best practice.

    THIS MODERN SLAVERY STATEMENT COVERS THE ACTIVITIES OF ALL BUSINESSES IN ALL JURISDICTIONS WITHIN THIS IS CREATIVE ENTERPRISE (TICE) FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR ENDED 31 AUGUST 2020, REQUIRED UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE MODERN SLAVERY ACT 2015 (THE “ACT”).
